Scott H. McLemore  is  a partner with the law firm MRAS which was formed originally in October of 2005  He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from South Texas College of Law where he participated on a number of National Mock Trial and National Moot Court Teams while in Law School. Mr. McLemore was inducted into the Order of The Barrister’s and received an American Jurisprudence Award for his participation in Trial Advocacy.  After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. McLemore was associated with the law firm Gallagher Lewis & Downey.  There he was primarily responsible for the prosecution of plaintiff personal injury cases. He was a member of the trial team responsible for one of the largest verdicts in the country involving the recalled diet drug Fen Phen. 

After working for the Gallagher law firm, he was associated with Fibich, Hampton, Lebron & Garth.  Mr. McLemore founded The McLemore Law Firm in 2003 and has maintained a focus in the areas of personal injury and products liability. Mr. McLemore then joined with Reddell, Ardoin & Story to establish his current firm, with offices in Houston and Corpus Christi.  Mr. McLemore handles numerous cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract actions, debt collection and business litigation. 

Mr. McLemore has been featured in Texas Monthly, is a Texas Rising Star, named as a Super Lawyer and featured in H Magazine as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track.” Mr. McLemore is licensed in all Texas State and Appellate Courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Scott is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
